Required Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital product environment. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Preferred Skills and Competencies: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about user needs. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for staying updated with design trends and new technologies. - Experience with accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity is a plus.
